He also sent the most gorgeous picture so far (in my opinion). Meditate on this for a bit.
Most of the people I'm in contact with regularly are feeling pretty stressed right now about our country and the world. Though it may seem at times like everything is falling apart, ultimately what we are experiencing is temporary.
Some things are timeless. Like mountains.
So, when you are feeling unrooted or off balance, think about these mountains. And breathe.
